Uptime and heartbeats

Install no code for uptime; one request per cron run for heartbeats

Uptime monitors need no code: add the URL under Uptime and Blipit checks it from its regions. Heartbeats watch scheduled jobs: each run pings a secret URL, and Blipit alerts when a ping is late.

1Heartbeat

Create a heartbeat under Uptime, copy its ping URL, and call it at the end of the job.
