1The plans

Free: $0, 100,000 events a month, 1 project, 1 seat, errors kept 14 days. Solo: $9 a month, 1,000,000 events, 5 projects, 3 seats, 30 days. Team: $29 a month, 3,000,000 events, unlimited projects and seats, 90 days. Scale: $79 a month, 10,000,000 events, unlimited projects and seats, 90 days, plus security monitoring. Yearly billing is ten months' price, so two months free.

2Over the cap

Past the monthly event cap ingest answers 202 with accepted: false and sampled: true, keeps 1 event in 10, and counts the rest as sampled out. Usage shows events this month, the projection by month end, the sampled count, a per-project split and the last 12 months. Logs, spans, replays, monitors, status pages and on-call texts have their own allowances listed on the same page.

3Pay

Only the workspace owner changes the plan. Checkout is Stripe's hosted page; prices are tax-exclusive and a VAT number can be entered. Changing plan as an existing subscriber applies at once and is billed pro rata. Manage billing opens the Stripe portal for card, invoices, VAT number and cancellation.

4Cancel

Cancel in the portal. The plan stays until the end of the paid period, then the workspace returns to Free and its limits. Usage shows the date.

Good to know

• A plan is granted only when Stripe's signed webhook arrives, usually within seconds of paying. If Usage still shows the old plan, reload after a moment.
• The current catalogue is public at GET https://in.blipit.io/api/v1/plans.
• Retention applies to raw events. Issue summaries (counts, status, releases) stay as long as the workspace exists, so regressions still make sense later.
